Olizzi Salad With Bulgur or Olizzi Bulgur Salad

Our Ingredients (4 People recipe)
1 cup of thin bulgur
2 medium cucumbers
1/4 medium pomegranate
1 medium red onion
1/4 bunch mint
10-15 lettuce leaves
For the sauce:
4 tablespoons of Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to make?
Wash the bulgur 2-3 times with warm water and rinse.
Boil the washed bulgur with 2 glasses of hot water until it swells and softens for about 15 minutes and strain it with a fine-mesh strainer. Then, let it cool in a deep salad bowl.
Finely chop the lettuce leaves, the cucumbers, red onion and mint.
For the sauce; Mix Olizzi Premium Organic Olive Oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, crushed garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl.
Final, mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl, blend with the sauce we prepared. Sprinkle with salad and pomegranate seeds if you wish.
